Yankee Ranch

The Yankee Ranch is located at the north end of Greenfield in the Salinas Valley. The ranch is 350 acres and is available for immediate possession. Rent is very favorable rate of $950 per acre, including taxes. Irrigation water is provided by two groundwater wells that produce 1,500 and 2,800 gallons per minute, and is distributed throughout the ranch through high pressure PVC lines. The ranch is located within the Forebay Aquifer Subbasin of the Salinas Valley, which primarily relies on the Arroyo Seco River for groundwater recharge, and this subbasin has not historically been in overdraft.
