Gabilan Vineyard Brochure

The Gabilan Mountain Vineyard is centrally located within the Salinas Valley along the east side of the valley between Gonzales and Soledad.  This specific region is known for its well-drained DG soils that are intensively cultivated for wine grapes and a wide variety of fresh vegetable row crops.  Water is provided by one well that was developed in 2020, which is equipped with a 350hp diesel pump and connected to a new PVC distribution system consisting of a 10" mainline and several 8" laterals.

The vineyard was planted between 1999 and 2002, with a section grafted in 2004, with 114.77 net vine acres planted to Chardonnay plus and additional 45.49 acres that were recently fallowed.  The level topography and location of this ranch gives this ranch the ability to be easily converted into row crop production.
